Our Story

Born from dirt under
our fingernails

Stomping Grapes Vineyard LLC began with a simple conviction: that exceptional wine doesn't require a sprawling estate or centuries of pedigree. It requires patience, respect for the soil, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

Nestled along County Road 19 in the heart of Cooperstown, North Dakota, our vineyard sits at the crossroads of tradition and tenacity. The harsh continental climate here doesn't make it easy — and that's precisely what makes our wines extraordinary. Every vintage is a small victory against the odds.

We don't rush anything. Our grapes are hand-selected at peak ripeness, gently crushed, and coaxed through fermentation with nothing but time and attention. The result? Wines that taste like this place — honest, resilient, and deeply satisfying.
